Type material. Paratypes USNM 880687 (1 spm), USNM 880688 (1 spm), USNM 880689 (1 spm) .

Remarks. Scheltema & Ivanov (2000) reported that the holotype is deposited in the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle, Paris, France.
