Remarks.
Straneo (1949: 7, 1958: 404) recorded that the onychium of the tarsi in Abacillius aculeatus is glabrous beneath. Subsequently, he described the same characteristics for Abacillius basilewskyi (Straneo, 1962: 54). However, the study of the holotype of the latter species revealed that it possesses the onychium finely setose beneath.
