Centistes fuscipes (Nees von Esenbeck, 1834)

Distribution in Iran. Ardabil (Ghahari and Fischer 2011a; Sedighi and Madjdzadeh 2015).

Distribution outside Iran. A frequent species, reported from several countries of Europe, eastwards distributed as far as Georgia and Azerbaijan in Caucasus and Greece (Papp 2003a). Azerbaijan, Canary Islands, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland (Yu et al. 2012), Belgium (Wesmael 1835 as Leiophron fuscipes; Yu et al. 2012), Russia and adjacent countries (Belokobylskij 1992; Yu et al. 2012), Turkey (Koldaş et al. 2007, 2013; Yilmaz et al. 2010; Yu et al. 2012), UK (Marshall 1889; Broad and Shaw 2009; Yu et al. 2012).

Host records. This species is reported on Elachista trapeziella Stainton ( Lepidoptera: Elachistidae) (Koldaş et al. 2007; Yu et al. 2012).
