Euplotopsis novemcarinata (Wang, 1930) Borror & Hill, 1995

This is a rarely occurring species in Slovakia. To date, E. novemcarinata was reported from backwaters of the Danube near Čičov (Matis & Tirjaková 1992) and from branches of the Danube at the localities Bodícka brána and Dunajské kriviny (Matis & Tirjaková 1995).
