Description. Body slender, mostly pale yellow. Head, pronotum and scutellum yellow. Head and pronotum with dark yellow pattern. Frontoclypeus, anteclypeus, lorum dark yellow.Forewing opaque white with two pairs of orange spots and three pairs of dark brown spots (Fig. 3). Orange spots near inner margin medially, dark brown spots in row located at outer margin. Abdomen and legs bright yellow without pattern.
Male abdominal apodemes long and thick, extended to half of sternite V(Fig. 24).
Male genitalia. Pygofer lobe with 4 macrosetae at basal lower angle, ventral appendage hooklike apically. Dorsal appendage sinuate and bladelike (Fig. 26). Subgenital plate with 4 macrosetae at middle of outer margin and several rigid short setae in row (Fig. 23). Style with three projections at apex, cheliform (Fig. 22). Aedeagus with pair of appendages near apex and pair of processes near middle margin (Fig. 20). Aedeagus appendage long, crescent-shaped laterally and s-shaped ventrally, crossing midline; aedeagus process short and sharply bent down; preatrium with base broad and semicircular in caudal view (Fig 20, 21). Connective wide V-shape with process between two arms (Fig. 25).
Measurements. Body length males 2.6–2.7 mm, females 2.6–2.7 mm.
Specimens examined. [CNU] 4♂♂, 4♀♀, Korea, Pyeongchang, Hajinbu-ri, 24. iv. 2014, coll. S. Oh, on Prunus padus .
