Dicharax trashidentatus Gittenberger, Choki Gyeltshen & Kezang Tobgay in Gittenberger et al., 2024: 203, figs 21–22.

Type locality

“ Trashigang Dzongkhag: 3 km E of Trashigang, 825 m a.s.l., 27°21’’N 91°35’E ” (Bhutan).

Differential diagnosis

In shell shape and sculpture this species is practically identical with D. zhemdentatus . The only difference is that the chevrons (for the terminology see Gittenberger et al. 2024) reach the peristome edge, and do not in D. zhemdentatus . Therefore, we maintain this as a valid species until intermediate forms become available. For the differences with other Bhutanese species see Gittenberger et al. (2024).
