Metagryne bicolumnata Roewer, 1959: 84, figs 18a, b.

Type data: Holotype: Ecuador. Pastaza: Shill- Mera [Mera-Shell], in 1 m high bushes, [–1.466078°, –78.070913°, 1000 m], 1 ♂ (SMF RII 12782/16, examined by photograph).

Diagnosis: It differs from K. compressicoxa by having lateral margin of scutum yellow coloured, but without coloration in anterior margin and by ornamentation of area III concolourous with background (Fig. 24A).

Distribution: Only known from the type locality in the Eastern Cordillera real montane forest in Pastaza Province of Ecuador (Fig. 23).
