Diagnosis. Metacarp about 4× as long as its distance from apex of marginal cell; inner spur of hind tibia hardly longer than outer one; postscutellum without an emargination between its middle point and forwarding-pointing projection, phragma concealed; apical part of T1 and T2 densely rugose all over; ovipositor sheath in profile strongly expanded towards apex and truncate here; T1 markedly narrowed posteriorly; and T2 markedly triangular. Material examined. 1♀, Baimazhai, Pingwu, Sichuan, 2006. VII.25, Zhang Hongying, No. 2006149062. Distribution. China (Sichuan) new record ; Eastern Palaearctic, Europe, Western Palaearctic region. Note. This species is recorded from China for the first time.
