Material examined. VIETNAM, Quang Binh Prov., 3 apterous males, 2 apterous females, Minh Hoá district, Tan Hoá (17°46'N, 106°05'E), 29.V.2015, coll. Zhen Ye (NKUM).

Remarks. Esaki & Miyamoto (1955) reported P. t. tibialis in Japan. Later, Miyamoto & Lee (1963) and Ye et al. (2013) recorded this species in Korea and China. Presented here is the first record of P. t. tibialis from Vietnam. The specimens we collected in Vietnam closely match the original description of Esaki & Miyamoto (1955). Based on the current collection data, this species has a wide distribution in the Palaearctic and Oriental regions (Japan, Korea, China, and Vietnam).
