Lanceoppia (Baioppia) moritzi Hammer, 1968

Material examined: Alto Rio Senguer: Mulinum spinosun (6). The species was only recorded under shrub steppe. Records in Argentina: first record (Chubut province).

Comments: the species was originally described in New Zealand as Lanceoppia moritzi by Hammer (1968), who found four specimens under wet moss in a Nothofagus forest. It is the first record for Argentina.
