TYPE LOCALITY: Chad, Tibesti region .

DISTRIBUTION: Known only from the type locality.

COMMENTS: Another species united with G. agag by Petter (1975b) without supporting documentation, "but the type localities are separated by more than 2300 km " (Lay, 1983:340), and should "be regarded as a valid species pending revision."
