DISTRIBUTION: Libya.

COMMENTS: Variously placed in either G. dasyurus, G. amoenus, or G. nanus, but Lay (1983) disputed its association with G. dasyurus and urged that its level of relationship to G. amoenus and G. nanus be assessed by systematic revision.
