Hayashi, 2011: 319 ( Type locality: Yunnan, Dongchuan, 26° 07’N, 103° 14’E, 1500–3200 m) ; Schülke & Smetana, 2015: 1085 (Catalog of Palaearctic Region).

Distribution. Miobdelus morimotoi is at present known from Dongchuan in Yunnan Province.
