Bionomics. The species is native to arid biotopes and is univoltine with flight period from late September to mid October. Inhabits hilly steppes from 1500–1800 m. Females wingless. Larvae on “low herbs.” Material Examined: male holotype, Persia [Iran, Fars, Shiraz] (BMNH); (HMIM): Fars: Bamu, Shiraz, 1700 m, 25.IX.1996, leg.
