Ancistrocercus (Ancistrocercus) excelsior (Brunner von Wattenwyl, 1895)

Gongrocnemis peruviana Piza,1978 syn. nov.

The female holotype from Peru coincides practically completely in all characters with A. excelsior, also described from a female specimen from Peru. (We examined the photos of the types, as well as the redescription in Beier 1962.)
