Diagnosis
Alloxysta nigricans is mainly characterized by a closed radial cell that is 2.7 times as long as wide, the presence of pronotal carinae and a propodeal plate, and antenna with rhinaria and club shape beginning on F 4 in both males and females and F1 longer than pedicel (Fig. 2.29). There is no other known species of Alloxysta similar to A. nigricans .
