Holotype male seen; mid legs and right hind leg missing.
Diagnosis. General colour brown with grey pollinosity; scutum with five brown vittae; legs yellow, femora brown on apical half or third of dorsal surface; arista short-haired; palpus brown; scutellum with four strong setae; anterior katepisternal fine and about half of the length of the lower one; abdomen without markings, brown, a little shining; lower calypter 2.8 times the length of the upper one, distinctly projecting beyond it; hind tibia with one anterior, one anterodorsal and one posterodorsal setae, the posterodorsal inserted basad of the others; sternite 5 as in Fig. 107.

Notes. This species belongs to the vittata group. One paratype male was dissected and illustrated.
