Amblypsilopus ampliatus Yang, 1995: 180 . Type locality: China: Xizang, Zayu.
Diagnosis. Fore tarsus with erect bristles. Surstylus nearly square, separated from epandrium, with a separate sclerite at base. Hypandrium with a long lateral process. Cercus short and simple, lanceolate.
Material examined. China. Tibet: 3 ♂ (holotype and paratypes), Nyingchi, Zayu [N28°62' E97°49′], 1570 m, 1978. VI.24–25, sweep nets, Fasheng Li. 2 ♂, 1 ♀, Nyingchi, Medog, Beibeng [N29°24'10'' E95°17′57''], 827 m, 2017. VII.17, sweep nets, Qicheng Yang .
Remarks. The specimens collected in 2017 were obtained in broad-leaf forests.
Distribution. China (Tibet, Yunnan).
