Malagasia vadoni Boulard 1980b: 46 . (Maroantsetra, eastern Madagascar)
Remarks.—A primarily green species with fuscous markings that is the largest known member of the genus. Body length is about 39–41 mm, wingspan is about 75.5–78 mm (Boulard 1980b).
Distribution.—The species is known only from Madagascar (Duffels & van der Laan 1985; Sanborn 2013). Boulard (1980b) reported the species from Maroantsetra, Fenerive, Saint Marie Island, and Ambodivoangy, surroundings of Maraontsetra, all in eastern Madagascar.
