Type locality: ‘The holotype was dredged in three to four fathoms on clean sand substrate at the inner edge of the main barrier reef, one mile to the northwest of Namotu Island, Fiji Islands, by Mr. A. Jennings. Lat. 17° 50’ S; Long. 117° 25’ E.’.
Label locality: ‘Manava Island, 6 miles off shore from Nth. Viti Levu, Fiji’.
