Type material. Holotype ♀, mounted on triangular card, India: Arunachal Pradesh, West Kameng district, Bhalukpung (27°01’12.5”N & 92°38’25.9”E, 213 m), 25.x.1997, Coll. T. C. Narendran, (ZSIK) Regd. No. ZSI/ WGRC / IR/INV.1891. Examined.

Diagnosis. Body length 10.4 mm; ovipositor sheath length 8.8 mm; fore wing length 5.2 mm. Frons trans-striate with interstices between striae microsculptured; vertex with four strong carinae followed by transverse striae not forming a medial line or grove; lower head white; pronotum strongly trans-carinate anteriorly becoming trans-reticulate posteriorly; scutellum finely reticulate; metapleuron rugose-reticulate; hind coxa transversely carinate; hind femora tridentate ventrally without any distinct tubercles in between; first metasomal tergite uniformly annulate, 1.2× as long as remaining segments; ovipositor sheath 1.4× length of metasoma, without a subapical pale band.
