Diagnosis. Body length 12.0 mm, ovipositor sheath length 8.8 mm. Frons with weak transverse striae and reticulations; vertex with four strong carinae followed by reticulate area posteriorly, not forming any medial grove; pronotum with 12–15 trans-carinae anteriorly, posterior half weakly reticulate-striate; mesoscutum with deep irregular punctures and reticulations; scutellum smooth to faintly reticulated with scattered pits on sides; axillae finely reticulate; metapleuron foveate; propodeum with scattered large deep pits with a broad anterior smooth area with transverse reticulations; first metasomal tergite uniformly annulated, a little shorter than combined remaining segments; ovipositor sheath 1.4× as long as metasoma, without an ivory band sub-apically.
