Diagnosis. The species is characterized by its gonostylus with a narrow apex and 14–18 short megasetae scattered in an apicomesial impression, and a large intercoxal lobe on the hypopygium.

Distribution. China (Shanxi, Taiwan, Zhejiang – new record; Fig. 11); originally described from Ussurijsk, Russian Far East (Antonova, 1977).

Remarks. This species is new to China. The Chinese specimens examined show no distinct differences from the type specimen.
