Length/width of 4th flagellomere: 2.79–3.59. Thorax. Anterior pronotum with 6–12 setae, episternum 1 with 6–10 setae. Wings (Fig. 10 H). Wing length 2.94–3.82 mm, width/length: 0.32–0.37. c/w: 0.48–0.47. R1/R: 0.72–1.03. Y/X: 1.27–1.80. Y with 0–3 setae, stM with 1–5 setae, M and Cu with numerous setae. Legs. Fore tibia with a comb of 7–9 setae (Fig. 9 E). Length of spur/width of 1.59–2.03. Length of femur/ length of metatarsus: foreleg 0.81–0.87. Length of metatarsus/length of tibia: foreleg 0.75–0.77, hind leg 0.53– 0.61. Length of hind tibia/length of thorax 2.00–2.22. Ventral setosity of gonocoxite dense, 2–3 setae at the apicoventral corner greatly elongated, setosity sparse on intercoxal area of hypopygium. Gonostylus slender, with a sightly inflated apex, setosity dense at apex, with five apicomesial megasetae. Tegmen wider than long. Sternite 10 with 1–2 setae on each half. N = 6 for all measurements.

Distribution. China (Zhejiang, Fig. 11).

Remarks. By the form of hypopygium, the new species is similar to D. flavipes (Meigen, 1804) . But it differs in having the setosity sparser on the 4th flagellomere, y/x: 1.27–1.80 and a few setae on the intercoxal area on the hypopygium instead of an intercoxal lobe, while the setosity dense on the 4th flagellomere, y/x:> 2 and a small intercoxal lobe on the hypopygium in D. flavipes (Meigen, 1804) .

Etymology. This species is named after its type locality, Mt. Qingliangfeng at Zhejiang province, China.
