Measurements. BL: 4.6–4.9 mm, FL: 2.6–2.8 mm. HW: 0.93–0.97 mm, PL: 0.76–0.81 mm, PW: 0.66–0.71 mm, EL: 1.12–1.18 mm, EW: 0.97–1.03 mm, SL: 0.97–1.03 mm. Head 0.91–0.96 times as wide as elytra, pronotum 1.11–1.16 times as long as wide, elytra 1.11–1.17 times as long as wide.
Distribution. China (Yunnan), Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam.
Remarks. The species can be easily distinguished from other species of the complex by bicolor femora except D. bellulus and D. hajekianus, from latter two by smaller elytral spots and different shape of apex of aedeagal median lobe.
