Material examined. One specimen. MB28-004856, POD, 11 May 2014, 17m, 10mm. Habitats. Subtropical rocky reef.

Occurrences. Ponta do Ouro.

Geographic distribution. Western Indian Ocean. South Africa (Gosliner et al. 2008, 2015) and Mozambique. Remarks. This species appears to be undescribed (Gosliner et al. 2008, 2015).
