Conganteon transvaalense Olmi 1991: 124; 2006: 35.

Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.0 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior margin of frons testaceous; antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 7–10 brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:6:13:8:7:6:6:6:5:8. Head dull, completely reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; frons without lateral keels; occipital carina complete; POL = 8; OL = 4; OOL = 7; OPL = 10; TL = 9. Pronotum very short, reticulate rugose; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum with anterior half reticulate rugose and posterior half punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli absent. Me- soscutellum finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (13:9). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 16:3:4:4:9. Enlarged claw (Fig. 26E) without teeth, or bristles, or setae, or lamellae. Pro- tarsomere 5 (Fig. 26E) with two rows of 13 lamellae; apex with 4 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
