Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.7–5.6 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous-brown; antenna brown, except antennomeres 1–4 or 1–6 testaceous; mesosoma black, except pronotal tubercle and lateral margins of pronotum reddish; tegula testaceous; metasoma brown-testaceous; legs testaceous, except femora and metatibia partly or completely brown, with junctions, trochanters and tarsi testaceous. Antennomeres in following proportions: 24:8:12:8:7:7:8:7:7:10. Head dull, granulate, sculptured by numerous irregular keels; frontal line complete; frons with two lateral keels near orbits and directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 12; OPL = 8; TL = 11. Pronotum dull, granulate, with numerous transverse keels on anterior surface; posterior surface shorter than mesoscutum (13:18). Mesoscutum shiny, unsculptured or slightly alutaceous. Notauli reduced, reaching approximately 0.2 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Mesoscutellum convex. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, with strong transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (8:13). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 7:5:6:14:39; protarsomere 2 produced into prominent hook. Enlarged claw (Fig. 53D) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 53D) with two rows of about 34 lamellae extending continuously to apex; apex slightly prominent. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
