Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 5.6 mm. Head testaceous, except transverse black band on vertex; antenna brown, except scape, pedicel and flagellomeres 5–8 testaceous; mesosoma black, except propleuron and lateral regions of pronotum partly testaceous; metasoma brown; legs completely testaceous. Antenna very slender, filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 11:6:70:59:32:15:11:9:7:13. Head shiny, alutaceous; frontal line incomplete, present only in front of anterior ocellus; frons with median longitudinal furrow; anterior half of frons strongly setose; occipital carina incomplete, not present on temple; POL = 4; OL = 2; OOL = 9; OPL = 1; TL = 6. Palpal formula 3/2. Pronotum shiny, setose, unsculptured, crossed by strong transverse impression; disc humped; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum, mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli shorter than greatest breadth of lateral ocelli (3.5:5). Metapectal-propodeal disc with strong transverse posterior keel, granulate, with numerous irregular keels and areolae and with two longitudinal and parallel keels situated in median region; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two complete longitudinal keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (40:17); 2R1 cell almost closed. Protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 23:5:10:47:60. Enlarged claw (Fig. 155C) with one large subdistal tooth and one row of 13 lamellae and six long distal bristles. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 155C) with two rows of 2 (proximal) + 12 lamellae; apex with approximately 20 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
