Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 5.1–5.3 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and some small spots on malar space testaceous; antenna ferruginous, except antennomeres 6–9 darkened; propleuron black; pronotum black, except margins and posterior collar reddish; rest of mesosoma black; metasoma black; legs ferruginous, except coxae partly black and clubs of femora partly darkened. In specimen from Kenya, 04°23.783’S 39°39.567’E, malar space completely black, antenna brown, except scape and pedicel partly testaceous and flagellomeres 7–8 totally testaceous, legs brown, except tarsi partly testaceous.Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 14:6:28:14:11:9:7:6:5:9. Head flat, dull, granulate, with irregular keels on frons and vertex; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; lateral ocelli touching occipital carina; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 9; OPL = 0; TL = 4. In specimen from Kenya, 04°23.783’S 39°39.567’E, lateral ocelli very close to occipital carina, not touching it. Pronotum shiny, alutaceous, crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; posterior collar short; disc humped; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. In specimen from Kenya, 04°23.783’S 39°39.567’E, pronotum dull, granulate and sculptured by longitudinal striae around and on disc. Mesoscutum dull, reticulate rugose. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.6 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum dull, granulate. Metanotum dull, rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal and transverse keels. Forewing with three dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (15:9). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 20:5:9:20:33. Protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Fig. 147C) with two small subdistal teeth and one row of 13–18 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 147C) with two rows of approximately 23–28 lamellae; apex with approximately 30 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
