Description. ♂. Fully winged; body length 2.4–2.9 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs brown, except articulations, tarsi and protibia testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennomere 6 more than twice as long as broad (7:3); antennomeres in following proportions: 10:6:7:7:7:7:6.5:6:5.5:8. Head dull, reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; holotype with POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 7; OPL = 5; TL = 5; in specimen from Kenya, 0.47203°S 36.06388°E, POL = 6; OOL = 9. Mesoscutum dull, with notauli complete and posteriorly separated; area between notauli reticulate rugose; lateral areas of mesoscutum granulate. Minimum distance between notauli longer than greatest breadth of lateral ocelli (6:2.5). In specimen from Madagascar, 24°02.91’S 43°45.14’E, mesoscutum completely granulate and reticulate rugose. Mesoscutellum dull, granulate. Metanotum rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal and transverse keels. In specimen from Kenya, 0.47203°S 36.06388°E, propodeal declivity with median region shiny, granulate, not rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein shorter than proximal part (7:11). Petiole short. Genitalia in Fig. 109C. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
