Description. ♀. Apterous; body length 5.1–5.6 mm. Head brown; antenna reddish; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs reddish, except coxae black and clubs of femora brown. Head excavated, shiny, granulate, bare; POL = 5; OL = 10; OOL = 25. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, granulate, bare. Mesoscutum bare, with two lateral pointed apophyses. Metanotum transversely striate. Metapectal-propodeal disc granulate, with or without longitudinal striae; propodeal declivity strongly transversely striate. Mesopleuron and metapleuron trans- versely striate. Meso-metapleural suture obsolete. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 17:4:7:30:42. Enlarged claw (Figs 210A, B) with one small subapical tooth and eight small lamellae in addition to one bristle. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 210A) with inner side proximally serrate and two rows of 1 (proximal) + 23–25 lamellae; apex with at least 6–10 lamellae. In specimen from Mozambique, Praia do Bilene, protarsomere 5 with two rows o 5 (proximal) + 13 lamellae (Fig. 210B). Tibial spurs 1/0/1.

Hosts. Cicadellidae (Guglielmino et al. 2013): in Mozambique: Hecalus dubius Melichar.
