Description. ♀ (Figs 162A, B). Fully winged; body length 6.0 mm. Head black, except mandible partly reddish; antenna black, except ventral side of scape yellow; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs black, except tarsi testaceous. Head dull, excavated, setose, granulate, with temple prominent, with many parallel keels on frons, vertex and occiput; frontal line incomplete, absent near clypeus; occipital carina absent; POL = 17; OL = 9; OOL = 37. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum (Fig. 162B) crossed by transverse impression, granulate and sculptured by many keels around disc and collar; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Mesoscutum shiny, completely reticulate rugose. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum completely reticulate rugose, unsculptured among areolae. Metanotum very reduced and short. Metapectal-propodeal disc completely reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Mesopleuron very prominent. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein slightly longer than proximal part (10:9). Protrochanter approximately 4 × as long as broad. Protarsomere 1 longer than 4 (30:15). Enlarged claw (Fig. 163C) with one subapical tooth and three bristles. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 163C) with two rows of 13 lamellae; apex with 15 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.
