Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 5.5–6.0 mm. Head black, except mandible distally testaceous; antenna black; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs black, except tarsi testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 22:7:29:17:13:10:7:5:5:8. Head shiny, excavated, granulate, with many areolae and longitudinal keels; occiput sculptured by longitudinal keels; frontal line present; occipital carina absent; POL = 7; OL = 3; OOL = 16; temple very prominent. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by transverse impression, dull, granulate and sculptured by irregular keels; anterior margin of collar strongly excavated; disc humped, but not pointed; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Mesoscutum shiny, with many longitudinal and transverse keels. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum reticulate rugose. Metanotum very short, reticulate rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal and transverse keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein approximately as long as proximal part. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 29:4:8:13:26. Enlarged claw (Fig. 164B) with one subapical tooth and five bristles. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 164B) with two rows of 32 lamellae extending continuously to apex. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.
