Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.5 mm. Testaceous-reddish, except ocellar region slightly brownish and petiole black; antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 4–10 darkened. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 7:5:14:15:22:23:20:10:10:8. Head shiny, slightly punctate; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind lateral ocelli and on sides of vertex; OPL as long as OL. Pronotum shiny, setose, crossed by transverse impression, slightly punctate; posterior tubercle of pronotum reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, setose, punctate. Notauli almost complete, posteriorly separated. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, slightly punctate. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, with anterior third almost smooth. Propodeal declivity reticulate rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part; 2R1 cell closed; pterostigma brown-light. Protarsomere 1 approximately as long as 4. Protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (Fig. 161A) with two subapical teeth and one row of 21 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 161A) with two rows of approximately 38 lamellae; apex with four lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
