Excluded: Protonemura dilatata Martynov, 1928

The presence of P. dilatata in Anatolia (Kazancı 2009a) was based only on females and needs confirmation. Females are very close to those of P. aculeata, P. besucheti, and P. ressli (Vinçon & Zhiltzova 2004) . Therefore, this species is excluded from the Turkish fauna.
