Diagnosis.

Female. Head without stemmaticum (Fig. 178); occipital groove almost transverse (Fig. 178). Antenna with funicle 8-segemented, only fl4-fl8 with mps, and clava 1-segmented (Fig. 179); mandible with 3 teeth; fore wing length 1006, width 235, length/width 4.28, longest marginal setae 203 (Fig. 180); venation ≈ 0.75 × wing length (apex of postmarginal vein difficult to determine); submarginal vein 2.03 × as long as parastigma, parastigma with hypochaeta much closer to proximal than to distal macrochaeta; marginal vein 1.94 × as long as parastigma; postmar ginal vein ≈ 0.95 × as long as marginal vein; hind wing length 648, width 32, longest marginal setae 122; ovipositor extremely long, projecting posterior to apex of hypopygium by ≈ 2.2-2.4 × body length (Fig. 181). Male. Similar to female except for gaster (Fig. 186) and antenna. Head (Fig. 184). Fore wing length 1134, width 303, length/width 3.74, longest marginal setae 220; hind wing length 797, width 32, longest marginal setae 32. Antenna with flagellum 11-segmented, all segments with several mps (Fig. 185); genitalia (Fig. 187), encapsulated, with long aedeagal apodeme and digitus with 3 teeth.
