Distribution in Iran – Generally distributed: (Sepasgozarian 1978a; Modarres Awal 1994, 1997), Alborz Province: Mallard, Mohammad Shahr (Kheradmand et al. 2007), Tehran Province: Shahryar (Kheradmand et al. 2007).

General distribution – Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, England, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, and Wales (Hagstrum et al. 2013).

Collection place(s) – Stored products, buckwheat, buckwheat product, condiment, dried fruit, dried vegetable, grain, hay, maize, mushroom, oat sifting, rice, rice (husked) (Sepasgozarian 1978a; Modarres Awal 1994, 1997; Kheradmand et al. 2007).
