Simocephalus (Coronocephalus) serrulatus (Koch, 1841) (Figs. 2 A–C)

Material examined. 10 specimens, collection number CINCAA 0090.

Remarks. This species has a right or acute angled anterior margin of the head and is armed with small spines, the typical characteristic of the subgenus Coronocephalus . (Fig. 2B). Simocephalus serrulatus differs from Simocephalus semiserratus Sars, 1901 in the posterior-dorsal projection of the carapace, which in the former is larger and more marked (Orlova-Bienkowskaja 1998).
