Distribution. China (Shanxi), Russia.

Remarks. This species is similar to G. hepaticana Kawabe & Nasu, but can be separated by the inner edge of cucullus lacking a prominence and by the vesica having seven non-deciduous cornuti. In the latter species the inner edge of cucullus bears a prominence and two or three non-deciduous cornuti are present in vesica. No specimens were available for the present study.
