Pseudeurybata rufilabris (Enderlein) NEW COMBINATION
Figs. 36–37
Scipopus rufilabris Enderlein, 1922: 210; Hennig, 1934: 329; Steyskal, 1968: 48.15.
Description. Apparently as described for P. dasypogon, but legs entirely brown and thorax more darkly patterned.
Type material. Lectotype (♀, ZMHB) There are two syntypes, one damaged. The intact female is illustrated here and is designated as lectotype (labelled in red) as " lectotype Scipopus rufilabris Enderlein " and in white as " Pseudeurybata rufilabris (Enderlein)) ". The other specimen is labelled as a paralectotype. Both specimens have the same original label data: MEXICO. Jacuapam Purpus S.V.
Distribution. Mexico, Guiana (?).
Remarks. Pseudeurybata rufilabris is known only from the two type specimens, and is included here on the basis of photographs and notes taken at ZMHB in 2002. It is clearly a Pseudeurybata, but the combination of a dark body, unbanded femur and uniformly brown foretarsus is unique in the genus.
