Dexagria kangdingica Feng & Deng in Feng et al., 2010: 55 . Type locality: China, Sichuan, Kangding, Mt. Paoma. Holotype, male, in SEMCAS. References: Feng & Deng in Feng et al. Chinese specimens examined. None.

Distribution. CHINA: Sichuan (Kangding); Palaearctic Region.

Remarks. Only the holotype and a male paratype of this species are known, and these were not available for study. We compared the original description against a male of Dexagria ushinskyi Rohdendorf (Iran: North Khorassan, 9.V.2014, “leg. Iran Expedition”, in ZMUC), which is the only other species of Dexagria known, and this allowed us to support the status of Dexagria kangdingica as a valid species.
