Diagnosis. Fore wing 2.7 × as long as its maximum width, nervulus (1cu-a) postfurcal, 2Cu 2.9 × as long as wide along vein 1cu-a and 1.9 × as long as wide along vein 1cu-b, radial (marginal) cell 7.3 × as long as its maximum width; pterostigma 3.1 × as long as wide. Hind wing 3.3 × as long as its maximum width.
Redescription. Female. Body length 11.0 mm. Fore wing length 9.0 mm. Body color brownish black with sparse golden yellow setae, antenna reddish brown except brown tip of each flagellum and scape black, mandible reddish brown except base and teeth black, coxae and trochanters black, tibiae and tarsi brown, femora black. Head 2.0 × as long as wide; frons without longitudinal keel. Notauli deep and percurrent. Fore wing 2.7 × as long as its maximum width, nervulus (1cu-a) postfurcal, 2Cu 2.9 × as long as wide along vein 1cu-a and 1.9 × as long as wide along vein 1cu-b, radial (marginal) cell 7.3 × as long as its maximum width; pterostigma 3.1 × as long as wide. Hind wing 3.3 × as long as its maximum width, with three hamuli. Metasomal segment 2 almost as long as petiole. Male unknown.
