Diagnosis. Body slender (Fig. 79); lower facial margin with a black projection (Figs. 80–82); 1 supra-alar macroseta plus 1 seta; base of cell r4 narrow (Fig. 84); epandrium with apex straight (Fig. 87); epandrium sub-rectangular in lateral view with a short projection at apex (Fig. 87); hypandrium with a tuft of short yellow setae on the middle (Fig. 88); gonostylus curved, tapered from base to apex (Fig. 89); gonocoxite sub-quadrangular with a projection on external margin (Fig. 90); aedeagus strongly curved upward (Fig. 91); subepandrial sclerite with a basal plate (Fig. 92).
