Helicopsyche sperata. Diagnosis. Dorsally, the head capsule has only 17 pairs of primary setae (Figs. 34, 35). The propleuron in lateral view has a curved dorsal outline; its anterior process is long and tapering only apically (Fig. 36). Submentum broadly triangular, with blunt ventral posterior tip (Fig. 37). The larva was described by McLachlan (1876b) and Felber (1908a, 1908b).
