Examined material. 1 male (IZCAS), Xizang, Motuo County, Beibeng, Gelin Road 2 Km, 1013 m, 2019.VIII.2, 29.22333° N, 95.13241° E, leg. Hongbin Liang & Yuan Xu.
Remarks. The epiproct and paraproct (Figs. 5a–b) generally agree with original illustrations of Kimmins (1947) and the redescriptions by Aubert (1967). Males of this species are characterized by outer lobes of the paraproct much longer than median lobes, bifurcate apically, and forming two curved claws (Fig. 5a). The epiproct is dorsally notched near apex (Fig. 5b). Kimmins (1947) mentioned that the femora have medial and posterior pale testaceous spots which were not present in this male (Fig. 5c). We postulate that such color difference may reflect the degree of pigmentation between individuals, thus herein, is considered as intraspecific variation. This species was previously known from India and Nepal (Murányi & Li 2013); this record is new for China.
