Diagnosis. This species is mostly similar to L. tricuspidata sp. nov. in having the mesonotum and scutellum entirely yellowish in male (Figs. 3 A, 4I), and in the color patterns of abdominal tergites in male (Fig. 5 A–C, N), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the aedeagus dorsolaterally with a thin process bearing a sensillum at tip (Fig. 6 E); see lower that species.

Description. Ocellar triangle brown, with ca. 0–2 setae above ocellar setae. Frons yellowish in male, yellow to brown in female. Pedicel yellowish in male, yellow to brownish in female; first flagellomere yellowish in male, yellow in female. Clypeus brownish medially, brown laterally. Palpus brownish. Mesonotum yellow in female (Fig. 3 C). Postpronotal lobe yellowish in male (Fig. 3 B), yellow in female (Fig. 3 D). Acrostichal setulae in ca. 8–10 irregular rows (Fig. 3 A, C). Scutellum brownish, black laterally and yellowish at tip in female (Fig. 3 C). Pleura, katepisternum and meron yellowish to yellow (Fig. 3 B, D). Wing (Fig. 2 A): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with ca. 6–7 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Only 4th and 5th abdominal tergites with black patches in male (Fig. 5 A–C); all abdominal tergites with black patches in female (Fig. 5 D). Male terminalia: Epandrium pubescent near posterior margin, with ca. 9 setae near posterior margin and ventral corner per side (Fig. 6 B). Paramere slender, narrowed basally and apically, with ca. 5 sensilla distally (Fig. 6 D).
