All seven specimens are identical to each other apart from minor differences in size and maturity of ova. The main features by which they differ from T. bonairensis are: eye more vertical-oblique unlike horizontal-oblique as in T. bonairensis; gena at middle, equal to or wider than short diameter of eye (ratio 1.0 to 1.2); paraverticals absent, arista yellow on basal 1/3; thorax entirely yellow; dark narrow bands on tergites 3 and 4 (<1/3 length of tergite); dark lateral spots on tergites 2, 5, 6; other chaetotaxy as in T. bonairensis .
