Note: according to Sierwald & Reft (2004), C. L. Koch deposited specimens at five museums but we were informed by their curators that type material of Rhacophorus decoloratus was not located in any of these: ZSM (Dr Roland Melzer), ZMB (Dr Jason Dunlop), BMNH (Dr Janet Becalloni), ZIN (Dr Victor A. Krivokhatsky), and ZMUZ (Dr Paul Ward).
