Ecology. Shallow water under rocks.

Distribution. USA, Venezuela (Valdés et al. 2006. La Restinga, Margarita: Grune et al. 2015).

Remarks. This species is only known from two countries in the western Atlantic, Venezuela is the southern limit of its distribution.
